At Rue Two our consultants have in depth sector and market knowledge. We differ from most recruitment firms in that we not only know the importance of meeting our candidates face to face, we actually do so, where geographically feasible. Where distance prevents a face to face meeting we will interview the candidates by phone.

In the majority of cases we have met and worked with our clients on an ongoing basis so are aware of client’s requirements, USP’s, idiosyncrasies and culture to find candidates that will add value. If we have not worked with you before we will take the time to get to know your culture and requirements in person so as to provide the relevant candidates to suit your organisation and allow us to best promote you when meeting with potential employees.

We know that most interviews take at least an hour of your day and that if this hour is not productive we are unlikely to work with you or the candidate again. By meeting both client and candidate we aim to increase the chances of synergy between both parties and are proud to have a proven track record of placing the majority of candidates we meet with our client. We aim to make the whole recruitment process work for you while being as time and energy efficient as possible.

We can also provide behavioral and skills assessment using the Bar-On Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i). This tool allows an unparalleled insight into people, their skills and functioning within the business environment. EQ-I can be used to develop more effective leaders, reduce stress, reduce absenteeism, maximize productivity, improve decision making and performance and is an invaluable insight tool in the recruitment and selection process for making the right recruitment decisions.
