Global consultancy currently requires a senior MRICS/MCIOB building surveyor to provide high quality advice across the full range of professional building surveying services including dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, DDA etc as part of an expanding team that are purely focused on building surveying delivery and who are well-established internally and externally to provide a client led professional service.
Client facing and with a building surveying degree you will be at least 2 years post qualified (MRICS) with a proven track record of working on high profile projects and commissions in the commercial sector from project initiation/start up to project completion and handover.
