Building services quantity surveyor required for London office of international construction consultancy.
Degree qualified you will be responsible for the full range of cost management duties, for both mechanical and electrical installations, working with clients in the commercial and investment banking sectors. Experience in trading floors, infrastructure upgrades and data centres is essential.

Capable of managing building services contracts of both large and small values you should have a proven track record in pre and post contract cost management and cost planning.
