The position will be to provide CDM-C service advising and overseeing the statutory duties of the CDM-C as defined by CDM 2007, on a range of fast track projects throughout the South East.
You will have a minimum of 5 years practical experience providing client side CDM Coordinator Services within the construction industry with a thorough working knowledge of CDM 2007 regulations and associated legislation, experience of undertaking Fire Risk Assessments and an understanding of the design process and how to design out hazards and risks, will have membership of the APS – having full CDM-C membership, NEBOSH Construction Certificate, Graduate or Technical IOSH Membership or ideally be CMIOSH.
