Senior Quantity Surveyor - Healthcare
PQS requires a senior MRICS quantity surveyor to assist with the growth of NHS Trust sector clients as well as providing support for a variety of existing key private healthcare clients such as BUPA.
Their specialist healthcare team manages the capital and project process of their healthcare clients, delivering operational facilities that successfully meet the needs of the end user in terms of time, cost, quality and functionality.
You will contribute to the structure in both management and project delivery, and also in the overall strategic growth and development of the Healthcare Team.
With a degree in quantity surveying you will have at least 5 years post MRICS health sector experience, predominantly NHS Trust including LIFT healthcare schemes and private clinics although science and education experience would also be beneficial.
