Quantity Surveyor - London
The client works for owners, managers, operators, developers and occupiers of real estate providing integrated project and cost management and other specialist services to ensure clients achieve maximum value from their capital spend.
They are currently looking for a UK-based quantity surveyor with several years post MRICS experience, across some of the sectors they work in, including commercial development, corporate fit-out, data centres, hotels, pharmaceutical, and high-end residential. Your role will be to advise clients on cost planning, and cost advice throughout various stages of the projects, from tender to final account stage.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a consultancy environment, on projects of various sizes and values, including, but not limited to, the aforementioned sectors.
