£50,000 - £60,000

You will deliver professional building surveying services for a range of both private and public sector clients, with a clear focus upon dilapidations, party wall, property and portfolio development, pre-acquisition and legal consultancy. There will be an additional focus on business development, fee bidding and the day to day management (and growth) of the team.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated professional with a solid reputation within the industry to join a growing team which has a developing and diversifying workload.

With a degree in building surveying and MRICS you will have a minimum of ten years technical delivery experience with a minimum of five years as a commercial building surveyor delivering professional property and construction related services in a private practice or consultancy environment.
