Capital Allowances Consultant at £50000 - £70000

Our client, an International Property and Management Consultant, is currently seeking an experienced Capital Allowances Surveyor to join their London based team at a senior level.

Their Capital Allowances team was established 20 years ago and today is predominantly based in London with a smaller presence across the UK and Scotland.The team is now seeking further growth with a senior appointment in London.

The Capital Allowances business is one of the most profitable areas for our client and now their concentration is to grow turnover and accordingly headcount.The business is wide ranging in all key Capital Allowances markets, being particularly known for their advice to clients in the owner occupier, retail and banking sectors.The group also carries out insurance valuation, VAT and sustainability related work and the geographical spread is UK wide.

Although an established and highly successful business unit already your role will be to increase our client’s market presence utilising the existing client base serviced by other parts of the business. You must have the ability and personality to win confidence and build relationships internally with Partners in other business units as well as the innovation and drive to identify potential new business externally.

You will be educated to degree level, professionally qualified either MRICS, ATT or CTA and have at least 3-5 years proven experience in executing Capital Allowance claim work as well as proven business development skills either within a consultancy environment or a major accounting firm.
