Project Manager at 50000AED

Our client are a UK based professional construction consultant providing project management, quantity surveying and project monitoring services to both private and public sector clients ranging from large multi-national companies to small private developers and from large public undertakings to small local authorities in the UK, Europe and Middle East.

They currently require a project manager to join their expanding team in Dubai.

You will ideally be an MRICS chartered quantity surveyor with several years experience managing all phases of the construction process from pre-design through completion, including cost and budget controls, scheduling, estimating, expediting, inspection, contract administration and management of contractors, subcontractors and suppliers. Project experience within commercial, residential, hotels as well as major mixed use schemes is essential as is at least 12 months experience within the UAE.
