Senior M&E Project Surveyor - London

Our client, one of the world’s leading Construction Management consultants, currently requires a senior M&E Project Surveyor in London to provide building services cost management on some of the country’s most prestigious projects such as the White City Retail Development, the Royal Festival Hall Redevelopment and Stratford City Redevelopment on behalf of some key industry clients such as Stanhope, Land Securities, British Land, Hammerson, and Credit Suisse.

As the senior M&E Project Surveyor you will carry out pre and post contract cost management on a variety of projects from feasibility stage to final account completion; carry out cost planning, value engineering, option analysis, procurement advice, preparation of tender documentation, returned tender analysis and contractor selection and carry out post contract duties such as valuations, cost report management, change management, and final account agreement.

As a senior member of the team you will also assist in the training, mentoring and development of junior members of staff.

Ideally a chartered quantity surveyor you will ideally have experience within a PQS practice since qualification although candidates with relevant experience of M&E cost management from a contracting background would also be considered
