Senior Procurement Consultant – PQS

Our client, an International Construction and Management Consultant, currently requires a senior procurement consultant with public sector experience within the Procurement and Framework Management team in London.

Our client consistently offers informed advice regarding contract selection and appropriate drafting at project inception in order to prevent potential conflicts at later stages.

As the senior procurement consultant you will lead commissions in providing a broad range of consultancy assignments in the public sector. Particular areas of expertise include procurement strategy and management; framework set-up and management; public sector best practice advice and change management and continuous improvement processes.

Candidates may come from a wide range of backgrounds, experience and qualifications, but it is important that you have an understanding or previous experience of the application of Public Contract Regulations 2006 and Public Sector Best Practice as well as advice on long-term, strategic capital and revenue spend and project management.

Services are mostly, but not exclusively, provided in a construction / property / maintenance related environment. Experience in this sector is an advantage.
