Senior Cost Manager at £55000 - £60000 plus package

Our client, an International Construction Consultancy, currently requires a senior cost manager in Kazakhstan.
Our client is currently working in conjunction with a major International Engineer to provide management and cost management services for a major developer based in the former republics of Russia.
The scheme you will work on is a £350m mixed use development including offices, residential, leisure and a major hotel.
The role will be on a 6-12 month secondment basis to begin with and living costs will provided on top of the ex pat salary. There will be the opportunity to continue on the project thereafter or to work in other similar locations with our client.
The enormous opportunity for growth in this area provides huge career potential for the right individuals within our client.
Ideally with a strong construction related degree you will chartered MRICS, although this is not essential, with strong communication skills.
As you will be responsible for cost planning and pre contract surveying knowledge of Primavera would be helpful.
