The role is for an Associate within the Conceptual Construction Groups MEP team with a primary focus on Mechanical Engineering across a Pan-European portfolio of projects advising local development teams on best practices of MEP services and strategies across all asset classes from acquisition, through design and procurement.

The role will encompass supporting local in country development teams with technical support during the design, budgeting, consultant selection, Contractor negotiations and materials purchase for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, building management and controls systems.

Additionally, this position will contribute to the development, ongoing management and sharing of Pan-European resources and standards such as Master MEP specifications, Consultant and Manufacturer performance reviews and key relationships management and MEP cost data.

This position works closely with their Pan-European development and construction team members as well as their appointed design team in the design, cost management, programming and other pertinent aspects related to projects from conception through the completion of the preconstruction phase.

The ideal candidate will be professionally qualified in a construction/engineering related degree or equivalent with a clear understanding of the principles of good design and a minimum of 7 years of design experience as a Mechanical Engineer Professional working with engineering consulting firms and real estate involved with large scale projects, preferably in commercial office, residential, logistics and hospitality construction.

The base salary for this position is highly competitive with a bonus opportunity based on the achievement of agreed objectives.
