Project Manager (Infrastructure)

Leading global developer client making significant improvements to the urban regeneration within the UK is seeking to appoint an effective and proactive intermediate level project manager in relation to infrastructure projects and other projects allocated to the Department of Infrastructure to support the Director of Infrastructure.
You will assist with the overall project planning, project accounting and control, technical direction and quality compliance and design and construction of specified infrastructure projects from inception through to closure, and the delivery of those projects within set parameters of time, quality, cost and risk.
You will have some project management competencies including project planning, tracking and reporting and ability to manage multiple, sometimes conflicting stakeholders across different streams of work with some experiences of infrastructure projects including utilities, earthwork, remediation, drainage, District Heating Network (DHN), demolition, highways and public realm.
Some experiences of interfacing with London Underground Limited (LUL), Environment Agency (EA), Port of London Authorities (PLA) and Utilities Network Operators would be beneficial.
