Leading construction & property consultant with strong global reach has an exciting requirement for a Director to join their growing Building Services Engineering team in London to take on the effective day to day management and assistance with the development/growth of this business unit.

Key Responsibilities will include;

Overseeing and preparing designs for the full range of building services; overseeing and site supervising building services installations (undertaken by others); providing relevant contributions to the ongoing development of health and safety plans and files; executing trouble shooting exercises associated with design, energy consumption and the provision of suitable internal conditions, surveys, reports, schedules and dilapidations and feasibility reports; preparing planned maintenance specifications, planning of maintenance specifications, planning of maintenance procedures and contract management and reporting etc.

You will hold a Degree in Building Engineering Design and be a Chartered Engineer (CEng) with 20+ years within the  industry and evidence of experience at Project Director or above level.
