An experienced, hands on M&E Lead is required by a leading UK  based construction & property consultant to bring in house an extensive M&E offering within the buildings (not infrastructure) sector, which is currently outsourced.

The opportunity presents the suitable person with the chance to build their own business unit but with an already established client base and revenue stream to service initially.

You will be responsible for design led project work and have the technical capability to take the design all the way through and then challenge contractors.

The role is both design based project work and large scale life cycle asset surveys for funders etc so you will have excellent design capability with the ability to service the surveyor work to cover entire acute hospitals, schools, commercial offices etc.

This move into Engineering is a key part of their strategic growth plan and you will be integral to this.
