Due to continued growth this leading European real estate consultant have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and driven Mechanical Design Engineer at Associate level to manage their MEP Projects/ Building Services team and work with their Northwest clients.
They provide specialist MEP Projects / Building Services support across a wide range of sectors, on projects of varying scale, with a key sector focus across commercial offices, industrial, retail and residential sectors.
You will be part of a collaborative team working to create a more sustainable built environment taking a hands on approach to driving energy efficiency across their Clients portfolio’s.
You will have a Mechanical Engineering or Building Services degree or equivalent education / practical experience and be chartered with CIBSE/IMECHE and have 7+ years PQE within consultancy or contracting across M&E Design & Specification.
