An excellent opportunity for a commercially focused Principal Designer to lead and manage the PD/CDM team across this leading built asset & development consultancy working on a wide commercial client portfolio.

Clients include global real estate investors and other enviable corporates. This is a lead Principal Design role with a small immediate team in London alongside wider support across the business. You will have a high level of autonomy, where you can build client relationships and be part of the senior management team.

You will manage and be accountable for service delivery on a wide range of projects leading the communication between the designer, client and contractors.

You will be responsible for the delivery of Principal Designer services, handling multiple projects, to complement the range of project and building consultancy professionals across London and the South East., and in conjunction with regional teams.
