A Project Manager is required by a leading National Developer to front a £200m BtR scheme in Cardiff.

This is a prestigious development for the Group so they are looking for a strong Project Manager, who’ll be the main contact on site, who is experienced with high rise builds and is going to be able to lead on this development.

The development will consist of a mix of studio 1, 2 and 3 bed units and includes facilities such as a concierge, lobby, gym, gardens and terraces, as well as  19,500 sq. ft of leisure and retail space.
