Exciting opportunity for a Project Programmer to join the Development, Project & Cost Management Team of a leading Developer.

The role reports to the Head of Development, Project & Cost Management, where the post holder will be a key link between Investment & Development and the Construction Team, as well as third party contractors, external consultants, and clients.

This role will focus on the management and delivery of the project deliverables in respect of the development master programme taking account preconstruction activities, planning activities, design scope and development throughout all project stages. This includes programming the project activities and appointment of the 3rd party consultants and contractors.

You will have demonstrable experience within project management and be proficient in producing detailed project programmes while managing several projects at one time. It’s important that you have knowledge of the construction process as well as all RIBA stages and have experience of working on live construction sites as you’ll be responsible for ensuring that projects are kept on track by producing reports and using project management tools. You’ll need to have a strong knowledge of, and the ability to use management software including Adobe Acrobat, VFP, Fieldview, Asta/Power Project and Microsoft Office Applications and be able to utilise critical project management concepts (e.g. EVM, project planning, risk analysis, configuration management).
