Quantity Surveyor – Associate

Multi-award-winning property and construction consultancy delivering exceptional projects throughout the UK, across Europe and the rest of the World are currently seeking to appoint an experience Associate Cost Manager in Cheltenham.
You will be able to lead and manage your own projects with autonomy, to deliver a service to be proud of across a range of sectors and schemes including specialist equipment installation, refurbishment and new build healthcare schemes; new teaching, seminar and laboratory buildings for Russell Group universities; logistics and warehousing projects that are time critical requiring high bay structures and advanced racking and storage solutions; pharmaceutical projects with renowned clients that are supporting the UK’s vaccination manufacturing capability; sustainability focussed projects with clients who want to achieve their Net Zero ambitions; working with leading motor manufacturers to support conversion of their production lines to electric vehicles; commercial business park development; motor racing organisations and international racing circuits; Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office projects around the globe and Master planning exercises for large scale commercial developments.
The Cost Management team are agile and flexible in providing a comprehensive range of services from cost planning and procurement through to post contract and employers agent services, to support clients through the whole project life cycle.
