This role presents an excellent opportunity for a proactive Quantity Surveyor to take responsibility for providing all core Cost Management services on several interesting projects while acting as main client liaison as well as providing support to the existing team in the delivery of projects while taking a strategic view of the team and wider business.

There will be a focus on professional work on a wide variety of selected projects ranging from £5m to £500m including major residential and mixed-use developments.

You will be MRICS and degree qualified in Quantity Surveying with strong technical delivery experience and the ability to successfully manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner.
