A Project Surveyor level Quantity Surveyor is required by a leading property & construction consultancy be based in Hertfordshire to provide professional cost consultancy services across commercial, retail and residential projects to a trusted client base of end users, developers, architects, private individuals, contractors & sub-contractors.

This role may suit someone who wishes to move up from an Assistant Quantity Surveyor role and it is likely you will have 3/4 years’ experience from a main contracting or PQS background.  You must be willing to work on both as they have contractor clients and employer-side clients.

They will support and pay for you to complete your APC.
