Senior Building Surveyor – Kingston Upon Thames
Leading multidisciplinary construction consultancy working with clients across central and southern England on projects in a wide variety of sectors and ranging in value from small scale repair schemes to multi million pound new developments are currently seeking a Senior Building Surveyor in their West London office.
You will have a record of managing multiple projects across different sectors, primarily healthcare, education and higher education, as well as other public sector clients such as police, research and social housing.
Most projects are traditionally procured via JCT, though from time to-time other forms of procurement might be required e.g NEC.
This role could suit a traditional Building Surveyor or someone with a Project Management bias as this is an area of the business they are looking to grow.
