Leading global consultancy is seeking to appoint a Senior Lifecycle Cost Consultant to join their Specialist Solutions team and take responsibility for providing all core Lifecycle Cost Management services on a variety of projects across a broad range of sectors.

You will be providing specialist lifecycle cost advice and optimisation of whole-life costs and performance for a range of projects and assets, including whole-life / lifecycle cost models and options appraisals tailored to projects and clients.

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a similar technical discipline you will have experience of delivering lifecycle modelling analysis and advice within the construction industry.

MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body preferred.
