Senior Managing Surveyor – Birmingham
With one of the largest teams of chartered surveyors in the property sector, located in regional offices across the UK, this leading multi-disciplinary construction & property consultant has a depth and breadth of experience, expertise and local knowledge to support clients at every stage of property investment, ownership and occupation from acquisition to disposal.
Due to continuing success they are now looking for a talented Senior Managing Surveyor to join and help develop their growing team in Birmingham.
Projects include education, industrial and commercial schemes with contract values up to around £5 million working for interesting clients including motor manufacturers, aerospace manufacturers, Schools / Universities, contractors and developers etc.
You will assist the business manage and develop the Building Surveying team with new service streams / sector experience and lead teams, projects & programmes for complex multi-disciplinary schemes in both the Public & Private sector.
You will be MRICS and commercially focused with experience of preparing and submitting fee proposals / tenders etc.
The role will require you to be a key point of contact with a prestigious clients, therefore a high level of communication skills and commercial awareness are essential.
