£60,000 – £75,000 approx.

A capable and client facing Project Manager is required by a development consultancy with a particular focus on the Central London commercial office and prime residential development markets.

They operate a flat structure and are fully flexible on how you manage your time in the office, home, clients offices etc as long as the client receives a high level of service. They also offer an excellent salary, bonus structure and over 30 days holiday etc.

You will ideally have a track record of delivery in the commercial office or high end residential sectors but this hire is more about the person then sector experience.
