Senior Quantity Surveyor – Birmingham

My client, a leading name in the property & construction consultancy market, is currently seeking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor into their team in Birmingham.
An MRICS Quantity Surveyor you will often act as the sole contact for clients across a variety of sectors including; Commercial New Build and Fit Out; Residential; Mixed Use and Retail and Hotel and Leisure with project values ranging to £500m.

Must be comfortable with feasibility and cost planning, procurement advice, tender documentation and post contract services.

Ideally you will have experience of acting as Employer’s Agent under Design and Build contracts.
