Workplace Consultant – Associate Director

A leading construction consultancy business is looking to hire an experienced Workplace Consultant to create strategies to help clients make better use of their workspace in terms of efficiency, learnings from pandemic lockdown and user’s needs. To support and enable the optimal design and implementation of sophisticated, flexible working environments.
You will be responsible for the development, management and end-to-end delivery of workplace strategy and change projects for high performance workplace initiatives and key clients, including data collection, analysis, reporting, stakeholder engagement and education, change strategy and programmes, stakeholder management, project sponsorship, communications, strategy execution, communication delivery, training and post transition reinforcement and evaluation.
The aim being to helping clients leverage their workplace to enable employees to work more effectively, inspire greater collaboration and a greater sense of community, attract, and retain top talent, and make efficient and effective use of space and environmental resources.
You will be passionate in the future of work, behavioural change, technology and digital workplace, with a good understanding of current market and trends. An all-rounder in workplace strategy & change management who can lead projects.
You will have a Bachelors or Master’s degree in architecture, real estate, interior, workplace, environmental psychology or management consulting.
